As an Integrative Health Practitioner my mission is to help you live a vibrant and symptom-free life creating healthy habits through whole-food nutrition, a positive mindset, and exercise. I implement a functional approach to get to the root cause of your "dis-ease" and together, we can develop a personalized plan to get you feeling better and living your best life.
I know that there is no one-size fits all approach or lifestyle program for wellness. This is why I create a personalized and targeted approach to helping clients feel their best and create impactful and lasting change.

Yoga & Mindfulness
As a Certified Mindfulness & 500 Hr. Vinyasa YTT Instructor, I understand that people come to the mat for different reasons. I share mindfulness techniques that can quiet the mind and reduce stress and anxiety while cultivating a positive mindset. I promote improvement in strength and flexibility through functional movement and proper alignment. I design unique classes and programs to help you feel better in your body, reduce injuries, and improve overall quality of life. My goal is to help you step off your mat feeling refreshed, nourished, balanced, and more resilient.

I wasn't always so health focused. It wasn't until two of my children were diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder that causes neurological issues and brain inflammation that we began to wake up. Even then, making lifestyle changes seemed overwhelming.
After several years of meeting with doctors, who had very little to offer us, we sought a different approach to healing. By taking a functional medicine/integrative approach to their health, they began to improve immensely. We focused on healing their gut, restoring vitamins, minerals, and nutrients, and calming their immune systems.
Three years later, I had my own health crisis that left me without the use of one side of my body, intense brain fog, and severe food sensitivities. Establishing a consistent yoga practice, using mindfulness techniques, focusing on gut repair, and replenishing vital nutrients and minerals; I have regained energy and strength, restored normal neurologic functioning, and returned to an active and intentional life!
