Yoga has been part of my life for over 13 years and my practice helps me grow stronger, more flexible, and live more mindfully both on and off the mat.
I currently hold my 500 YTT in Vinyasa with a Yoga Therapy Emphasis. In addition, I am a Certified Mindfulness, Group Fitness, Cycle, and Aqua Yoga Instructor. I teach vinyasa, slow flow, gentle, chair, and power yoga at multiple locations (corporate, luxury living, and wellness spas) around the Triangle. I take on private clients and work with seniors living in memory care/assisted living facilities.
I seek to help others thrive by nurturing body, mind, and soul through yoga and meditation. My hope is that you step off your mat or out of my class feeling refreshed, nourished, balanced, and more resilient.
